Paula’s expertise includes project management, word processing, and presentation graphics software applications. Paula has established herself in the training field as a creative and effective instructor. Her personal commitment lies in educating and supporting our customers to meet the productivity challenges of tomorrow. | Cris Heffernen  | Cris Madsen Heffernan has delivered professional computer training since 1985. She formed her first company, PC Tracks, in 1991. In 1997 she co-founded Mobile Learning Centers, Inc., with Paula Bausworth to deliver customized classroom and one-on-one training and to provide support for popular PC software programs and proprietary software packages. Cris has extensive experience and expertise in spreadsheet, database, and word processing software applications. Cris has authored numerous training manuals and system documentation and consults in spreadsheet and database design and development.
